Twas in the Spring of '67 that I first touched the keyboard of a computer.

Having learned to type on a blank-keyed manual Underwood Touchmaster Five typewriter in 1958, I was quite at home with it — and swiftly became enamored with its magical capabilities.

So much so that, in 1970, I took my first of many college courses in computer programming — which has been my primary "job" for over 40 years now.

NOTE

In 2003, a local museum was in need of a webmaster. The idea of combining two of my loves (cars & computers) intrigued me — and I was there for 7 years.

In January of 2010, I determined to start my own website. I had no idea what I was going to post
on it, and it sat virtually dormant for most
of the year — until Joyce called, about
our 50th High School Class Reunion.
And then. I finally knew what
the website was for.
